Hi, I'm Nicole! I'm new to this team (gradually finding more teams that interest me), but have been active with SP for a few weeks now. If you want the nitty-gritty, check out my blog. But essentially, I've ridden the weight roller coaster too long; I'm ready to get off. I hate roller coasters. So I'm here to commit to myself and my health (is that a rhyme?). I'm almost 28 (April 2). I'm 239 pounds, and my poor 5'4 frame is screaming for help. So here I am.
I just moved in with my boyfriend, Pete. We have a dog - a bassett hound/lab mix named Brownie. And we want to lose weight and live healthier. We are excited for warmer weather and all the outdoor activities it brings, especially cooking healthy meals on the grill!
Today is Day 20 without soda, and I'm gradually adding more water and workouts to my life! =)
