Hello, I recently started with Sparkspeople and loved it! I was on a roll working out daily and eating healthy. Sadly last Friday I fractured my tailbone and L1 disk in my spine while Ice Skating. Something I started to do for fun cardio instead of boring treadmill. Now I'm stuck laying around and trying to heal. I cant really do any more cardio and I can just feel this whole thing going downhill. How depressing.
