I am so sorry to hear about your accident. It is easy to say don't let it get you down, but really try not to. Get better fast that way you can get back to doing what you love.

Hello, I recently started with Sparkspeople and loved it! I was on a roll working out daily and eating healthy. Sadly last Friday I fractured my tailbone and L1 disk in my spine while Ice Skating. Something I started to do for fun cardio instead of boring treadmill. Now I'm stuck laying around and trying to heal. I cant really do any more cardio and I can just feel this whole thing going downhill. How depressing.
