I would suggest finding another group, this group does not seem to be very involved. I am here for any questions that you have. Use the site, there are a bunch of good articles and excercises you can do at home or at the gym. Also, there is a recipe calculator that is awesome. Make yourself accountable by logging everything that you eat, and your excercise. Set small goals, so that they are easy to attain. Reward your self when you have met your goals. Do not deprive yourself, just remember moderation is the key. This site is the site to help youm if you use it you will do great!
Hey guys, I have tried to loose weight sooo many times. I hope this plan will work for me. Its been hard through career changes, lifestyle changes, and relationship fo-pas but I think things are setting to settle enough maybe this is something I can get into a groove for. My job isn't physical at all and I struggle with getting motivated to exercise after work when I usually mentally drained...how do I move into a more positive mindset about being physical when winter in Northwest Iowa is rarely pleasant and my ambition is low?
