Hello, I made a page on here a couple years ago, but only a couple days ago did I really actually get started on here. I've been working on changing my eating and exercise habits for the past month or so. I have lost about 6 lbs and am down to 188 but I would like to reach 145..what I weighed about 5 years ago. Going to be a long journey, but I'm going to diet. I'm tired of yo-yo dieting, never being healthy, and never being able to keep the weight off.
