Deb, I love that you broke up your goals... When I first got involved with this site I focused on too many things at one time and definitely dropped the ball and didn't lose much weight beforehand... But I am glad to say that I learned from your program strategy! Best of luck

Hey all, hope u dont mind if i join?
Im 24 with 4 kids and need to lose weight and though these next couple of wks its mainly eating right, on feb 1st im hoping to add some exercise.
