Hi everyone. I have been using SparkPeople pretty successfully and lost five pounds, but that all fell by the wayside over the holidays. I am restarting and trying to be recommitted, beginning tomorrow.

I have trouble keeping up my efforts after loosing five pounds - I have never made it past five pounds without backtracking and regaining weight. Looking for buddies to keep me honest!
