I'm in the same boat ladies. I've got about 30 lbs. to go before I will really feel "done" and in the maintain mode. I can't wait! I really want to do it by July, but I am a slow loser and I feel that might be a bit unrealistic for me. If I were to cut out wine it would help me along faster, but that is how I reward myself and I refuse! Lol!
I too have been gone for sometime & gained 20lbs, I'm not staying with any certain diet plan just trying to stay within my calorie range daily & I do TaeBo, Billy's Bootcamp or TurboJam for my workouts. Now that I've had the motivation to get up & workout I just need to focus on staying within my calories, this is my first week back & I've only gone over one day this week which I think I need each week so I dont go totally crazy LOL

I too have been gone for way to long and have come back in some desperate need to change my weight and my lifestyle i guess to get much healthier and get this pressure off my knees. I've been trying my best to follow the diet plan on here but i need help staying motivated, that seems to be my biggest issue, i have the want and the need i just can't stick to it. Help i need others to help keep me on track. This weight isn't coming off fast enough.
I'm just trying to watch what I eat, which is almost impossible this time of year (why do they have to sell fudge EVERYWHERE??), I'm not really following any certain diet. What do you do for exercise? I work construction normally, but I've been off for a month, and I'm trying to find something that holds my interest for longer than a week at a time.
Hello, I'm back too after a long break. I'm following the weight watchers plan and have lost 38lb with them since January but my motivation was waning so I cam eback here. I have another 33lb to lose to get to goal. I'd like to do it before my birthday on March 24th but I was thinking that might be a bit unrealistic so I@ve set my goal date for 31st July.
Hello. I'm back after being gone for way, way too long. My goal is to get in shape by the time I'm 30, which means losing about 30 lbs by september. I would really like to keep in touch with people who have similar goals and tend to lack motivation, like I do.
