I'm right there with you! I fluctuate between 142-145. I was 135 for the longest time and would love to weigh that again. I struggle with snacking and feeling hungry a lot - ive been more comfortable with the gym but have a hard time getting there. I'm with you!
I'm new here and looking to use Spark to help motivate me to lose 13 pounds I've put on in the past two years due to switching to a VERY sedentary job that involved late nights and bad habits. I'd love to meet people in a similar situation interested in motivating each other to eat right, take the stairs and get to the gym!
