Welcome to the team. I understand stress eating. I had/have that problem myself. I try to exercise for 5-10 minutes when stressed so that I don't turn to eating.
Hey everyone, I'm Elle a twenty year old college senior. In high school I struggled with eatting and when I came to college things got out of control. I finally want to feel good about myself and with my twenty first birthday approaching I figure I could need the added support of a community to shed the 20ish pounds I need to lose.
Stress is a huge factor in my eating habits, between LSAT studying, Teach for America, and writing a thesis for my honors class I often get overwhelmed and turn to food.
Thanks for reading. I'm going to try to stay as active in the community as possible because I could really use the help.
