hi Tosha, I just got back on board, and like you, I have trouble staying motivated.
But something weird that is helping me this days are the last season "Biggest Looser" final 3 people. I cut out pictures of them when they started and the end result. The winner was an elderly lady, and the 3rd place was a young woman my age. I placed their pictures on my screen savor and have pics of them on my cell. Looking at their accomplishment motivates me, and makes me think that if two regular females like them can do it, so can I.
Another big motivation, my jerk ex-boyfriend sent me a picture of his super petite new girlfriend. I did not erase it, but instead, I look at it when I don't want to exercise. It makes me work twice as hard, in fact, now that I am thinking about it, I think I'll go run a mile or two.
To exist is to change to change is to mature to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly.
I would focus on a few small things at a time and not try to change everything all at once. Like, make sure you get in all your water every day. Then once you have that down pat, try to have more veggies instead of carbs...that sort of thing. Eventually it all becomes habit.

Hi my name is Tosha. I am a mother of two and working full time and going to school. I am having trouble sticking to my diet and staying motivated to work out. Can some give me some advice?
