I am a 28 yr old married girl , a doctor by profession.I got married in 2011 and was on oral contraceptive pills for many months, currently, weigh 62 kg (136 lbs) Plan to lose about 15 lbs in the next 90 days. Hv basically joined this site to find some buddies, (preferably females) so that we can suppport and encourage each other to achieve our goal. I am extremely sincere and dedicated and thats exactly the reason why I am searching for buddies, so that I can motivate her and she can motivate me.
Would prefer to keep in constant touch (atleast daily or twice a day) through google messenger/ watsapp/ email/viber, etc

Hi! I'm Lindsey. I'm 26 years old and from New Hampshire. I'm looking to lose at least 65 pounds but would love to be under 200! I had lost 65 pounds a few years ago when I originally joined SP but with some major life changes that last few years and particularly the last few months I've gained the weight back.

Hey all :) To begin, my name is Nicole and I am back to Sparkpeople for the umphteen time. I have toyed around with a nutrition track here.. a fitness track there.. my longest "log in" streak topped out at a whopping 9 days. But, alas.. if at first you don't succeed....
This boost of motivation started on New Years Eve, the day for everyone to get those resolutions in gear. I waited for the ball to drop and when everyone was celebrating, I found myself in tears. Another year had gone by and I had failed yet again! All those diet and exercise bouts behind me and none the healthier. I had decided that enough was enough.
At 12:06AM 1/1/2012 I signed onto the computer, found my local gym, and signed up for a membership. I am 24 years old and 295 lbs, and I have had it.
This is my time, and I hope to stay with it, stay with my Sparkpeople, and keep on trucking. Doesn't hurt to find a few new spark friends on the way either!

Hi Everyone - I just rejoined Spark. I used it about 4 years ago, and lost about 15 pounds. I just feel like lately I've been off the exercise bandwagon. I work full time and do my masters, so I'm feeling stressed and tired all of the time. I think that if I get back to exercising and doing more yoga, I will feel more energized. I also want to try to be more organized and plan my meals out better. I have a vacation January 27 to Thailand, so I'm going to use that as my motivation to get healthy and trim for. I am lucky in that I have a gym I can use at lunch break, so I'm hoping to get out there more.

Hello everyone. My name is Myka. I am 27 and I have about 50-55lb to lose. I had my first child about a month ago. I'd like to say the ~50lb is baby weight. Actually I have lost about 30lb in the last month of the baby/water weight, but now I am on a journey to lose the last 50 or so.
My first plan of action is getting my diet under control. I had to have a C section so I am still about a month or so away from being able to really exercise. I hope to get the green light on some light walking like taking a stroll around the block at my 6 week checkup, but I know it will be a bit before I can get into any other type of routine.Until then, making sure I am eating right and drinking lots of water is my main goal.

So, my goals...yes...I'm about 20 pounds from my goal weight. I was only 19 away but I had to go and get poison ivy, the treatment of which has made me bloaty. So I figure when that settles I'll be around 20 or 21 away.
Losing weight for personal reasons. My health, in relation to problems caused by weight, was never a problem. This is me doing something for me.
So...I guess that's it for proper introductions!
Now, I must pay a visit to my bed. Been a late night and I do believe if I'm going to combat the bloating of the poison ivy meds, I'd best get some sleep.

Hi! I'm 21 and looking to lose around 30-35 pounds between now and October. I've struggled with my overall self appearance and weight all my life and it's time to do it right. I'm in a great place right now, I have amazing friends, a loving family, and the best boyfriend a girl could ever hope to find. I'm thankful for all the blessings God has bestowed upon me throughout my life and now it's time to get healthy. This is the aspect of my life that I have always struggled with and there's no better time than the present to change it. It's about getting healthy, I will student teach in the Spring 2012 and I want to be able to keep up with my high school students. Hey Everyone! My name's Kim, and I've been here a while, but things went crazy, and I was away for a year or so. I had lost 80 pounds, but I've put about 40 or so back on :( But I'm here, and have complete confidence that I will be back on track, and within several months, I'll be back to where I was and ready to lose even more. Hi guys. I am 28yr old and I have been on sparkpeople for a long time. but only using it time to time. I have a wonderful son Liam who is 12mths old. During pregnancy I gained 20kg, but managed to lose it all last year but I have managed to creep back up. So here I go again with the diet. I am also on week 3 of couch 2 5k. I only have 4kg to lose, but its so hard!

Hi Everyone! I'm Kirsten. I've been on Spark People for about 6 months but wasn't really dieting or exercising hard core as I got used to my life with a brand new baby. Now my baby is about to turn one and I have yet to lose the baby weight I put on. On top of that, I'd really like to lose another 30 pounds to get back to my wedding day weight! But with 3 kids and a hectic job, I'm finding that this is quite a task! Baby steps!!!!

Hey everyone, my name's Anna and I'm 22 years old. I've been using SP since February 17th and so far I was able to lose 20 pounds. I hope to reach (and keep) my target weight of 130 lbs by February of next year. So far I'm doing good, despite many temptations around me. As they say... where there's a will there's a way. :)

Hey there. I'm K How and I'm 21 from Springfield, MO. There's nothing interesting here. Except me I guess.... hahahaha. Ok, but seriously, my goal is to lose 100-150lb before I turn 23 in April 2012 and I've never ever lost weight before, so I'm not sure how that's going to work out. But I'm trying!
