I have been yo-yo dieting for many years, I would succeed and lose major amounts. Show off what I did, then go back to my old habits. Then I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I lost some weight and kept it off. Dieting is a bad word. I prefer lifestyle change. Changing my lifestyle, of no activity, overeating, feeling bored, lonely and frustrated was easier than I thought. I began to read labels, I began to plan my meals ahead of time. I began packing my lunch the night before instead of grabbing something in a rush each morning. I am proud of the changes I made, happy with the goals I have set for myself, and I feel confident that my future will hold a smaller frame in the long run. I love this site, with it's motivational videos, exercise and recipe ideas, I am sure that my journey will continue successfully
