I use to be overweight, out of shape and was a smoker. when my marriage ended it was time for a change so i turned the focus on me. Running has helped me kick the cigarettes and also kickstarted a healthier fitter me. I like to set goals for myself and enjoy seeing and encouraging others to meet their own personal goals. I now teach an indoor cycling spin class as well as a strength training circuit class and a weekend cardio class. I think the best exercise is the one that you enjoy doing.
