Thank you Robb1N I appreciate you taking the time to write me. You have given me very good advice. I get overwhelmed very easily since I've been in my sixties. I don't know why. I will take your advice and maybe just try to go for ten pounds and walk my dog. Then try not to think about further work I have to do.
from the dayton-xenia area ... might I suggest that you ope your spark page for others to visit ... the camaraderie on this site is fantastic ... giving and getting goodies ... just so much encouragement .... good luck in achieving your goals ..

Welcome! Don't think of getting started because that sounds like you're taking on a big project. Just make one or two (or more) changes. In a couple of weeks when those changes are routine make a couple more changes. Pretty soon you'll be living a healthier life! Those changes can be as little as walking for 5-10 minutes or tracking your food. Try going through the SparkPoints Tracker and it will help guide you and lead you to more information.
If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.
