I had the midnight shift also, in a tower, and you just have to take those healthy snacks and eat a balanced meal that you take from home .... I took a small cooler with my lunch that would always include protein like 2 oz strips of grilled chicken and greek yogurt .... and stand up and walk in place to get the metabolism up .... good luck and be safe.
