Hi I joined Sparkpeople 4 yrs ago just for recipes, then stopped visiting. Well I am trying to turn my life around. A lot has happened in that time. Now its time to get healthy, lose weight and try to start exercising. I am taking the first step by coming back. I have started to change my eating habits. I know this is all going to take time, but I am ready for it. I never even really checked out the site. Oh my goodness I can not beleive all it has to offer.
