WELCOME ....might I suggest that you open your spark page for others to visit .... getting motivation from others and, in YOUR case, WOW give us some motivation from your losing so much weight .... that would be fantastic .... but interchanging with others is such a part of being on Spark ....

Just started here too a couple of days ago. From what I can tell so far, there are all kinds of good motivational articles, food trackers, exercise trackers, etc. Lots of people to bounce ideas off of. Feel free to add me as a friend if you would like. Good luck.
I have been going to weight watchers for over a year and lost 104 lbs,but got way off track over the holidays and had aBIG gain.Now I'm ready to start again and thought I'd give this a try. My Doctor and his wife are members and say it is a very good program.
