One thing I've learned from this site is be specific - that is the only way we can achieve our goals. When you say you'd like to lose as much weight as healthly as possible put in a specific number of pounds each week you'd like to lose - 1/2 lb - 1 lb (that seems to be the healthy amount the long term goal achievers seem to site). YOU CAN DO IT - a little at a time!!
Hello my name is Tammy. I am returning to SparkPeople and plan to start the year off right getting healthy. I'm not 50 quite yet (not til Feb.) but I thought I was close enough. My goal first and foremost to get healthier in 2013. I am in pretty good health considering the extra (at least) 50 lbs I need to lose. I have no set time in mind, I take that back, I'd like to lose as much weight as healthly possible by late spring, early summer. I hope to get some awesome tips from all of you.
