Hi! I am trying again. I am gained and lost (mostly gained) for years. I lost it all about 5 years ago but along with my son the weight crept back. No secret why...poor eating habits. I have suffered for years with pain in my joints which is increasing so hopefully healthy eating will get me on track. I feel like I am stuck in a circle...the pain makes me eat and the weight gain is causing pain...all of which keeps me from being the mom and wife I want to be. I can stay on track for a couple days but give in to the slightest temptation ...hopefully tomorrow will be the start of the new healthy me.
