Howdy all from Southwestern Ohio. I'm brand new to Sparkpeople, my name is Carol. I have the old retiree spread, so fighting that, don't want to get diabetes that is for sure! I can use all the encouragement I can get, and I'm always willing to help anyone else out. I've done the WW before, but they want my goal way to low for me, I get sick when I'm that skinny.
