hi. last year i had lost 15 pounds and then went on vacation. since then, i have slowly put all the 15 pounds back on. right now i have no motivation to workout. we do eat pretty healthy though. I want to start working on my weight again by diet and working out. how do you all feel about 'calorie shifting'? is it helpful?
