Hope this the right place. I have so many questions but I thought I should introduce myself first. My questions seem really stupid so I hope someone can direct me to where I need to post them. My goal is to lose 30 pounds. I have been up and mostly down my whole life and I felt best at 120. I am at 160 right now and miserable. My max was 160 at 9 months pregnant. My BP is up according to the doctors (106/77 today) and it has always been low. Doctors keep giving me meds for high BP and they make me swell up, have heartburn, lose energy. This is not the me of 3 years ago. Going in Wednesday to see if I have ulcers. I know I do not. I sound like a whiner but I have lost all faith in doctors. "Send me to another specialist, do some more tests, send me to another specialist". It is all covered by insurance so why not drag this out! I Just want to have energy again, lose 30 pounds and do all the things I used to do. Like I said, I have no faith in doctors and their pill pushing remedies anymore! Sorry for the rant. I really am a nice person, just fed up right now.
