Hi Jane, I,m doing really well on my diet...mostly veggies with some protein and fruit. Tracking my food has helped more than I thought it would. I'm only going to weigh myself every Mon. Also, I'm spacing out my meals.....waiting and waiting, but it's working. Haven't started exercising yet. How are you doing? Linda email@example.com

Hi Jane, This is my first day and first post. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet. I live in NE Ohio and I'd like to find some exercise partners. I just keep gaining weight..........and sitting around. This has got to stop. What are you doing for exercise, and how are you going to keep it up? That's always my problem. Hope to hear from you.

I have always had trouble with my weight and then one day i stopped and looked around at how many friends and family members are over weight and in alot of pain i said to myself i dont want to have that happen to me that's why i joined sparkpeople only been on this site for 5 days im really excited to start losing weight
