Helllooo! I am Chelsea and I am new to sparkpeople. I have been on babyfit for years since the birth of my son. I am looking to get to a healthier weight where I can feel good about myself and overall just FEEL better. In the past I've started working out/dieting, and then got lazy to be honest... So this time I thought I would gain re-inforcement with SP!! =) I'm currently on day 3 with my workout regimen/diet.
