I've been a member since late May and I am loving it as well! Congratulations on the biking and hiking. It makes such a difference, doesn't it? I started swimming again and while I"m not close to where I was when I was younger, I can really tell a difference already. Less winded. Easier to keep up with my kids. Better sleep. My weight change on the scale has been slow so I have been tracking measurements this time and it has been far more satisfying. That might be a fun measurement for you to add too and still be able to leave the scale behind.
