Yes I have went to measurements and I have already lost 1 inch from my arms to my hips I was so excited even put on a few pair of shorts that was way to tight! it is always great to play with your kids mine is to old to run around with mommy ( 21 and 16) so enjoy every minute with your children you soon will be put on the back burner for a while.

Hi Lisa,

I've been a member since late May and I am loving it as well! Congratulations on the biking and hiking. It makes such a difference, doesn't it? I started swimming again and while I"m not close to where I was when I was younger, I can really tell a difference already. Less winded. Easier to keep up with my kids. Better sleep. My weight change on the scale has been slow so I have been tracking measurements this time and it has been far more satisfying. That might be a fun measurement for you to add too and still be able to leave the scale behind.

Hope your journey continues to be a positive one. Keep us posted on how you're doing.

My name is Lisa and I have been a member for close to a month and I am loving it!! I don't own a scale yet I have issues with always wanting to step on the scale and when I haven't lost # I eat whatever I want so most "diets" never last. but now I am ready to change my life and life style. I use to be very athletic and the more weight I put on the less I did. 30 miles on a bicycle was nothing for me proud to say I am back to 7 miles a day and know I can take longer trips just have to add a few stops :) went on my first hike last Saturday in a long time hills still killed but I did the 2.2 miles with stopping only to look at the wild flowers. I am excited to see what great things are ahead of me!!
