I'm getting started on here too. I think it is great we can help one-another out, which is needed in any huge venture. My bf is supportive, but he gave up one food and lost ten pounds in less than a month, not fair!! And he almost never works out, but does have a factory job, where mine requires me to sit most days. I have given up diet soda, cereal, milk, and any kind of sugary snacks and only lost 5 pounds in half a month. I know I b@#CH too much about not losing weight quickly, but I have to remember it took me two years to put this weight on, I won't lose it in a week!! P.S. I'm in Canal Winchester if anyone wants to get together, sorry can't go walking or bike riding in this heat, I have MS, I am stuck inside during the summer.
