Hello =) I'm wrapping up my first week with SparkPeople. I'm still feeling my way around the site but am loving it so far. The nutrition tracker really has opened my eyes! I took this first week to track my "normal" eating habits and started phasing in the suggested meal plan and am SLOWLY getting back into the habit of moving this body for something other than what's required to get through the day : / I have a weekness for sweetness and my teenage son with super-metabolism doesn't help with his constant please for ice cream. I'm determined to get healthy for myself and to show him that I can walk the walk not just talk the talk when it comes to nutrition. I'm looking forward to the journey ahead and watching your journies unfold, as well.
