Welcome back! Remember that this is a life style change and not a diet. Take it slow. Do baby steps. Change one thing at a time. Try drinking 8 glasses of water a day. When you accomplish that, then try changing something else. If you make a mistake, do not dwell on it. Just start off fresh the next day.

Welcome back! I like to cook and bake too and have been working to make it healthier and family friendly. So far I've discovered if you cut the sugar by 1/3 when you bake, no one knows the difference and the calorie counts come down a lot.
I'm back again (for the xxth time), trying to really do this. I have a love/hate relationship with diets. Any word where'die' is the majority part of the word can't be good. Every time I die, I end up gaining weight instead. This time I'm trying to incorporate healthy in-season (cheaper) produce. I'm a member of a local CSA so each week is like I'm on the show 'Chopped' trying to find a way to make a great meal out of what's available.
I love to cook and bake. But trying to make it healthier and family friendly.
