My name is Beth. I'm 44 and I let my weight get away from me. I quit smoking last yearis like and gain an extra 25 pounds. I was already 20 pounds over weight but I wasnt going to notice that. Now I'm unhappy and depressed and Ive decided to attack this head on. I know I need help and I need someone to keep me honest about the exersice. I tend to start strong and get board later and so far no change. That also discourages me but I have a cruise comming up in november for my bday and I'm hoping that will keep me going!!
