Welcome to the team! Are you getting your water in? You should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day. This is important in weight loss. If your not getting your water in, start getting your water in a day. You should also be counting your calories to make sure you are getting the right amount of calories in a day. Use the nutrition and fitness trackers to track your calories and exercises. It helps to see what you have been eating and doing.

Just keep at it. Sounds like you have really turned stuff around physically and nutritionally. Let your body adjust. 10 pounds is pretty darn significant. This is definitely a mental journey too. Check out the Mind Over Body stuff under Healthy Lifestyle then Motivation.

Hi, I'm not entirely sure how to start! My name is Sara, I'm 32. I've been overweight my entire life, but have hit an all time high since having two babies less than two years apart. We know we are finsihed having babies and I want to get completely serious. I have been running twice a week since the first week of May. I have been taking zumba once a week since February and three weeks ago I went to my first Crossfit. I have since completed two bootcamps from Crossfit and am debating joining. I am so lucky to have an incredible job that lets me do all of this on my lunch break.
In all this time I have lost a total of 10 pounds. I was proud of that 10 pounds last week, until I weighed in today. I put 4 back on. These are the 4 that I have been stuck with for at least 6-7 weeks. I can't make them move. More squats, a harder run, a faster dance. It doesnt seem to matter. I am feeling so down and frustrated right now, I'm just not sure what to do.
I know my nutrition is a problem. But I am made huge changes to that- salads, tuna without mayo in pita. Portion control. Any suggestions for where I can go from here?
