Welcome! If you stick with SP you will lose weight and feel better. The most important thing for me has been the food tracker. It opened my eyes to how many calories I was eating, and then helped me to pare down my intake so I could lose weight. Several years ago I lost over 50 lbs using SP, but then health problems put me in a position where I could no longer exercise and that was my undoing. (thyroid and back pain). I gained 30 lbs back and I am now back on SP determined to lose it again and to reduce my back pain with exercise. I have not had to many problems with my weight. i have always seem to workout and keep it under control. but, i am now 44, i had a hysterectomy and now i am having a hard time loosing weight.. I am hoping being on this site it will help me gain control of my daily activities so that i can gain control of my weight
