Deedle.... you can do it. I have stopped and started too many times to count, but this time it is sticking, maybe it was having my 49th birthday this year, having my parents and grandmother pass away in the last couple years, or the fact that I was facing buying another size bigger clothes. What ever I have lost almost 50 pounds since March 1 and it is thru portion control ( I use WW points) and lots of walking. I move everyday, started out at 15 min, but up to 60 min a day. I don't do it all at once, but small bits of time throughout the day.
