I don't do the Spark People all that often; however, when I do, it truly works! It's fantastic to see results the way you can with Spark People. The thing that works for me the most is when I faithfully write in what I eat. Something as simple as tracking what goes in my mouth is the most powerful.

Hello Ohio Friends, I am new to this site and not comfortable using this message board and the program.I have not been on the site since signing on. I heard about it through a friend who is try to help me loss the weight.
