Welcome to the team! Some suggestions that I have are to take baby steps through this life style change. Remember this is not a diet. Make one change at a time. If you mess up on a day, just start over the next day. Don't give up. Read the articles. They are very informative. Post on the team pages. There is a vast knowledge of information there for you. Track your food every day. That way you will know how many calories you are eating. Track your fitness too.

Hello from Delaware County... Congrats on taking that first step... I am a work in progress myself, I have been on and off many times and this time I am determined to stick it out. hello i am new at this but thought it was time for me to get into shape, i am a 45 yr old female who as of now have just a few health problems i figure if i dnt start now in my 50 i will be going straight to a home,i need to lose around 40lbs, wish me luck
