Welcome to Sparkpeople and Ohio Buckeye Beauties! As with anything else, you'll get out of it what you put into it. Reaching goal is huge.............**maintaining it** is what I struggle with the most. I've come to look at this as a *lifestyle* change NOT a "diet". One is very permanent, the other lets us do something temporary to reach a temporary spot........only to have to do it all over again when our changes don't "take". THAT's the part I'm working on.
