JohnnyT.. you can do it. I too have started and stopped every year, usually begining in March and then am done by memorial day. Somehow this time it is different... I know that for every pound I lose, it will be the last time I am at that weight. I am not going back. Most of the battle is just showing up. Each time that little voice says " i can skip this one workout" I push thru and at least start and in the end the workout gets done. Remember that everyday is a new day and if you over indulge one day.. just start the next day fresh...

This is my 3rd trip. It has worked everytime I have tired but then I get tripped up and quit. This time the doctor told me to lose weight or Myankles and feet would get worse as time goes on. This time I am staying for th sake of myself and son an hopefully grandchldren someday!
