JohnnyT.. you can do it. I too have started and stopped every year, usually begining in March and then am done by memorial day. Somehow this time it is different... I know that for every pound I lose, it will be the last time I am at that weight. I am not going back. Most of the battle is just showing up. Each time that little voice says " i can skip this one workout" I push thru and at least start and in the end the workout gets done. Remember that everyday is a new day and if you over indulge one day.. just start the next day fresh...
Goal 1 - lose 10lbs a month for 6 months - done
Goal 2 - lose 7lbs a month for 6 months -
Goal 3 - complete a 5k before end of 2012 - done 10/7/12
