Hello all. New to this forum/site. I am not new to losing the weight but unfortunately i am also not new to gaining it back. I am a mother of three and fast approaching my 45th birthday. This is a gift to myself. I need to put my self first in my busy life and make decisions that will make me healthy. I am looking forward to gaining any help and insite I can from this forum. Thanks for being there.
