Alright Ann I can actually give you advice on this. I recently helped my mother renovate a house to sell. You might not realize it but putting up that drywall and tearing things and etc. Are really good forms of excercise. So just stretch and put some good music on and there is your work out. I also packed a bunch of water bottles and healthy snacks. I actually lost 10 lbs without thinking helping her out. On the tracking front if you have a smart phone you can track on the go with the spark people app or the mobile version of the site. Let me know if I can help any further.

I am Ann. I am over 40, over weight and unhappy! I lead a very busy life so blogging and posting will be a challenge to me. I have 2 children, a 17 year old and 21 year old. We just purchased another house that we are totally renovating. Working full time and then heading to the house consumes all my hours every day, every week. It's hard to eat healthy, exercise and stay motivated for me. Support will have to be the key for me.
