I have never done the South Beach Diet either. I joined BBVi a couple months ago and lost 25 pounds on my first challenge. I am wanting to lose another 60. I have become more active and started to log my food intake so I can make sure I am not eating too much or too little. Plus to help keep me accountable with my exercises.
Just wondering how the diet has been going for you. I am recently back on phase one after several set-backs last year and earlier this year. Early 2011 I had lost 40 pounds on SB. I am trying to remember the diet and figure out what yogurt to buy since so many have sugar. I have lost 3 pounds in the last 4 days, but have a long way to go to hit the first 10% mark! Looking for encouragement as I have gained back the 40 pounds! Do you log your food on-line? Do you count calories as well? Hope to hear from you...thanks!
