This is my first post on any kind of social networking site, but I am really hoping to benefit from a community of people with similar goals. I lost 110 pounds over the course of around a year and find myself lacking in the motivation it took to initially lose the weight, and have slipped back into old habits! I've gained 10 pounds and simply can not let myself slide back into being heavy again! Need to start fresh and tackle those 10 and keep off the weight.
