I am a 50+ woman living in Ohio. Married to an awesome guy who is very supportive of me and spoils me rotten! We have 3 children and 4 fantastic grandchildren! About 5 years ago, I lost over 60 pounds but unfortunately have gained some back - not all though! My goal is to get back to the lifestyle I had during my weight loss and to once again feel healthy and confident!!
