Hi everyone, just taking the opportunity to introduce myself! I just recently discovered SparkPeople and think it is pretty exciting. I am very active and really enjoy exercise and being active (I teach spin, bootcamp, and run) but struggle with maintaining a consistently healthy diet (have a habit of binging on sweets). Although I am technically at a healthy BMI I have recently been yoyoing with my weight and would like to stablize. I want to gain control of my eating habits and in doing so become more lean and trim. I really think the tools SparkPeople provide will help keep me accountable and help me reach my personal goals!! I'm excited to become the super healthy person I know I am capable of being!
