I just worked on changing my eating habits and tracking my food and water intake. This has helped me to lose weight. I'm still working on the exercise part of it. I'm not doing very well with that but I've been having some issues as far as that goes.

My first two weeks, I just worked on my food intake. Looking at what I ate and how much. I wanted to feel good when I started exercise. Lost 10 pounds just in the first two weeks. I have lost a total of 29 pounds since December 26th, 2011. I have added and increased cardio every two weeks since.
'ello, set early goals for first two weeks too high I think, Cardio everyday is a worthy goial but one I have not met YET yet being operative word. Any insight/suggestions about 'new' goals for first two weeks? What did you chose as those beginning kicking off points?
