How do you add foods to the foods list? Looked at FAQ several times and followed instructions but could NEVER get there. About Weight Tracker I entered my weight upon joining and assumed(maybe a mistake) that next week I'd get a reminder to up date...when I tried to change/add info on the new member page I was not successful. Thouoght I was just tired and would try again today. Have appts this morning will play around with this some more this afternoon. IF/when we get answers, we will share. Thanks so much!

I've spent the past year and a half with WW and decided today to forgo WW and go with SparkPeople because features are much the same but the cost with SP is MUCH better...'specially since gasoline is getting more and more expensive. I have to drive to WW mtgs but just need to click link to get to SP...am 58, live in Wilmington OH retired but sub teach. am a decorative painter/artist, gardener, avid reader; belong to several social organizations. I realize I'll never have that age 40 body which was left behind 18 years ago but I really want to maintain 'tone' and healthy weight. Sometimes i let myself go to a pity party which is a sabatour of effort. That's why I am here...need support tocontinue healthy habits; or soon to be habits

Hello. Thanks I don't drink much pop unless it is diet and only a couple of times a week . I try to do more water and eat sugar free

Hey Marie! Welcome to the team!

Start by making a few small changes each week. Maybe instead of drinking a soda, drink a glass of ice water with lemon or lime. While watching tv, stand up during commercials and walk in place. Park farther back at the store so you have to walk farther. Only make enough of your meal for one serving so you can't go back for seconds. Also, if you don't bring it home, it is not in your house to eat. I also journal daily, what I am eating and what exercise I did as well as how I am feeling. There is also a blog you can write on your main page that could be a good place to get your thoughts out on. Hope these tips give you more ideas. Congratulations on making the choice to get healthy...you are worth it! Good luck!

New to the page . I am 39 weigh 375 work 7 days a week have very bad knees and back but I want to lose weight . Any ideas ? Would help alot . I live in Southern OHIO
