Start by making a few small changes each week. Maybe instead of drinking a soda, drink a glass of ice water with lemon or lime. While watching tv, stand up during commercials and walk in place. Park farther back at the store so you have to walk farther. Only make enough of your meal for one serving so you can't go back for seconds. Also, if you don't bring it home, it is not in your house to eat. I also journal daily, what I am eating and what exercise I did as well as how I am feeling. There is also a blog you can write on your main page that could be a good place to get your thoughts out on. Hope these tips give you more ideas.
