Don't quit before you even start! Turn your negatives into positives. You have to change your way of thinking. You don't feel good because you are not taking care of your body. Start by making yourself a healthy breakfast everyday....even if you don't feel like eating. It can be something quick..a piece of fruit and a cheesestick for example. Then, pack a good lunch...whole grain bread, tuna, cherry tomatoes, apple, water for example. Try to cut back on sodas or juices and drink lots of water instead...you may be more tired because you are dehydrated. Start with your diet and then work on the exercise. Even stretching counts as exercise and can do wonders.
I am no expert, by any means, just sharing how I got started. Starting small and slow makes it easier to make new habits stick. You are worth it. Even small steps are going to get you there! Best of luck!
