Hi all buckeye beauties!
I've been dabbling with SparkPeople since mid-Oct, and just got serious with it starting this month with the Jan. Jumpstart Challenge. So far I have lost 2 pounds and am feeling fabulous - already feeling like I have more energy in the middle of the day compared to how I felt before.
I put on weight when I passed forty, and then some more when I quit smoking 4 years ago, and then some more after knee surgery. I am dedicated to taking it off this year to be more active and fit into some fun, fantastic jeans!
