My advice is baby steps. Anything can be overwhelming if you try to do too much all at once. The main thing to achieve success is to post often, stay involved with your teams, be accountable and keep smiling. This is the first step of your next journey, not a quick fix. The best tip I have is to start slowly. Change 1 eating habit a week or so: add water if you don't already drink it, slowly stop drinking soda,add more veggies and lean meats, etc... If you don't exercise, try walking a lil bit each day and increase the distance over time. Baby steps helped me keep going. Plus the scale and my clothes size shrinking.

I like the idea of this site, but it's very overwhelming....any tips, opinions on how to begin gradually?? I feel like there is a million things to read...makes me want to exit out, but my buttocks are spread too wide on this chair for me to ignore anymore! Help.....
