I am new to sparkpeople and I'm very excited to be here. I have been at my same weight for several years and have just been comfortable here...but that is about to change. I've lost 3.6 pounds this past week and that helps to motivate me. I live in southeastern Ohio and love this area. I spent 9 years in the AirForce (where I weighted in 60 pounds lighter than I am today). I know that weight is unreachable now, but I have set realistic goals and hope to reach them with the support of this site. I teach school and hope to have some of this weight off by summer break.

I've been on this team for awhile but have never chatted with anyone before. I live in Athens which is in the Southeastern part of Ohio. It is beautiful here and we have rolling hills everywhere you walk. No way out of it. I hope to get to know some more of you soon. I am going by the WW diet and seem to do pretty well. I just can't seem to get the last 20 lbs off. I love to walk (when the weather is GOOD) and I sometimes go to the gym. I just got a new Wii Fit Plus for my Wii and have stationary bike with Jillian Michaels workouts to do. I just can't seem to get motivated to do them. Help!
