to the team from Johnstown. SP is a website with a lot of information and so many people who are supportive, encouraging and motivational. Keep logging in, posting and tracking nutrition and fitness.
Take it one day at a time and enjoy the friends and people you will meet. You may have lowered your calorie level to low, and slowed down your metabolism, currently going through the Curves three phase program which is jump start your metabolism. First 7 days you do 1200 calories, then the next 28 days you do 1500 calories, then you do 2000-2500 calories until you gain 3 pounds, then at that point you start over again at the first 7 days.
Good Luck. God Bless.

What's the specific problem?
Are you following a plan, and can't move off the plateau, or can you not make yourself follow the plan?
I'm not trying to be faster than you. I'm trying to be better than me.
