I am a 76 year old woman who has dieted and exercised for most of my adult life. I have attained success many times only to regain the pounds but for the most part maintained my weight at an accceptable level. Then 4 years ago my husband was diagnosed with cancer and my lifestyle made an ubrupt U-turn. Everything became about his needs (rightfully so) and my needs were put on the back burner. For the strength to deal with this, I turned to poor food choices. Over the past 4 years I've gone up about 40 lbs. Now my "miracle man" has beat the odds and is in remission. Suddenly I have my life back and the strength to deal with anything that comes my way. I can do it this time!
